Why the London session

Gold moves with real volume when London opens. Here is my pre-trade checklist:

• Mark the Asian range high / low
• Note the daily bias (above or below yesterday's value area)
• Wait for a liquidity sweep, then confirmation

Risk first

Never risk more than 1% per setup. If price is mid-range, I skip it.

Patience is the edge. Most days have one clean setup.
