By creating an account or using Growth Club, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to trade in your country.
Access to the signals is granted one of two ways: by opening a broker account through one of our partner links and funding it with at least $100, or by paying 50 USDT per month. We earn a commission from our broker partners when you trade through their link. That commission is how the free route stays free, and we disclose it plainly rather than hiding it.
We verify every activation and payment by hand, and we may decline or revoke access — for example if a deposit can't be found, if an account is inactive for an extended period, or if these terms are broken.
The bot is an optional service where we connect automated trading to your own MT5 account under the instrument and risk level you pick. We recommend a balance of at least $500 so risk can be managed sensibly.
The bot places trades. It does not and cannot withdraw your funds. You keep control of your account and may stop the bot or change your MT5 password at any time. Automated trading carries the same risk of loss as manual trading — a losing run is possible, and we do not guarantee against drawdown or account loss. We do not reimburse trading losses.
The GrowthClubPK Trend Sniper is licensed to you for personal use on your own TradingView account, for a one-time payment. Your copy is watermarked with your identity. Sharing, reselling, publishing or redistributing the script ends your access without a refund.
Because the script is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are non-refundable. Please read the product page in full before buying.
Payments are made in USDT on the BEP20 network to the wallet shown at checkout. Send the exact amount, on the correct network. Crypto transactions are irreversible: funds sent on the wrong network, or to a mistyped address, cannot be recovered by us or by your exchange.
Monthly membership does not renew automatically. It lapses at the end of the paid period unless you send the next payment.
Keep your login details private — you're responsible for activity on your account. Don't share paid material with people who haven't paid for it, don't try to break or probe the site, and don't submit reviews or content that is dishonest, abusive or not your own.
Our signals, articles, indicator source and other material belong to us. When you post a review, you keep ownership of your words and give us permission to publish them on the site under the display name you chose. We review submissions before publishing and may decline or remove one.
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, or losses caused by downtime, delayed or missed signals, broker or platform failures, or errors in analysis. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Paid periods already used are not refunded.
